Rooms are great, but no service like cleaning the room, only changing towels. Promised pool has not worked due to defect, water cooker in room was defect, promised w-lan has not worked. Personal in restaurant not able to speak english ( perhaps one employee from 4 can speak english), not really friendly personal staff. These points should be considered and changed from the hotel. |

I booked the deluxe suite and got a normal room. The deluxe suite was a foul-smelling room, furniture and fitment was old and partially damaged.
The breakfast buffet was poor.
Be careful |
Never book again, we pay over 300 euro and didn´t get a suite, we wanted the money back but you don´t allow this.hope you are lucky about the situation |

THE most awful place I have ever encountered in my whole life. I arrived there, and was taken to the WRONG resort after paying a huge sum of money. The staff after taking me to the wrong room, an hour late were so rude and appauling. I was really quite upset by the whole encounter. I asked for a full refund, as they were being so unpleasant, after taking me to the correct room, it was absolutely disgusting. Dirty bed sheets, stained carpets, the room lock wasn t even functioning. I asked to speak to a manager, and they said they didnt have one in. Their english was so bad nobody could help me. I rang sawadee and asked to move to another resort it was so awful.
DO NOT BOOK HERE, IT IS A COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY AND THE ROOMS DO NOT LOOK LIKE THEY DO IN THE PHOTOS. THEY ARE DIRTY AND THE STAFF ARE SO RUDE. |
Sawadee was brilliant though. They changed my booking to stay at Chantaramas resort which was beautiful and close enough to go out every night to the beach parties. |

I stayed at this hotel for the Full Moon Party. The staff and service are terrible. They did not clean my room. The room had big and little roaches crawling around. There was no hot water. My jacuzzi suite had cats living in it. The location sucked as well. I did not even stay my last night. |

Not a value for money if you intend to stay in the villa area place.the other section seems to be good and abslutely action packed. |

i was disapointed that the room was hot when we arrived , third bed was not organised, no room service for 5 days that ment the sheets was never changed or room cleaned |
