In a quiet hotel. There was no distracting music in the evenings. We had a room Superior Sea View Bungalows. The room was a good location. Maid visited every day. Haad Yao beach was narrow and untidy. The beach did not get dry feet during the day to walk to the beach, the water was so high. |

Good service and clean rooms. Nice staff too! The hotel has à small store and motorbike for rent wich was good. |

Below expectation. Online Pictures misleading - more worn in reality. Beds very hard, Pool water looked green, limited (no) hot water in room, walls very thin...
good Breakfast. Shuttle to ferry was good. |

Room was nice, and clean. Great view from the balcony. Amazing beach. Bathroom was clean, but floor in bathroom flooded every time you showered due to poor shower drainage design. Would of expected better for this hotel. Restaurant staff were not very friendly or attentive most days, very slow meal service. Front desk staff were rather lazy as well. Service needs to be greatly improved as a whole for this resort. |

This place was stunningly beautiful!
The location and beach was gorgeous (perfect for sunset viewing).
The rooms were large, nice and clean.
The breakfast buffet was great!
All in all a super place to stay. |

We enjoyed our stay at Had Yao. We got a room on 4th floor, and without an elevator, this was great exercise.But the view was well worth it! The breakfast buffet was poor, and very unefficient handled. A lot of staff just standing and watching the guests, and only upon request, they refilled plates, glasses, and empty food cantines. And many of them without a smile, which surprised us.
The rooms where clean and tidy, two bottles of fresh water every day. The pool was very appreciated by our children, especially as the tide made the beach very shallow in the afternoon.
We would definately stay here again. |

Very good Resort, near the beach. it was not so good breakfast, miss tomato and vegetables, only with bread.
Nice personal, nice swimingpool. But we was mostly at the beach. |

Haad Yao Bayview Resort is the best place on Haad Yao beach. The room is nice, the breakfast buffe was great and the staff was friendly. |

The hotel is in a perfect location. Beautiful views from the rooms over the bay. The breakfast and the service by the staff was OK if you were paying the lowest rate but nowhere near what we d experinced elsewhere in Thailand if you were paying the highest prices for the rooms. The staff were very friendly but hadn t got the finesse and the breakfast was limited to say the least. |

Good location.Good thaifood.Breakfast was boring,it wasnt much to choose from and the fried eggs and sausages were could!We stayed in seaview room for one week and liked it very much.Big balcony high up with a amazing view,big nice and clean room.It was a bit hard to claim up the stairs you need to be in a good shape!Staff is very serviceminded and frendly.When my son was ill a woman ( named Tic)from the hotell staff coocked ginger tea and soup for him!We enjoyed our stay at this hotel very much and will definitly recommended it to anyone who wants a great holiday in Koh Phangan. |

This hotel is good value for money. Nice rooms with amazing sea view overlooking the pool and restaurant. Quite big hotel but staff friendly and on toes. Specially TIC she is serviceminded and sensitive giving the customer adapted service special for every occation. The haad yao beach and sourrounding is very nice and quite a lot families from different countries seems to end up on this beach because its one of the favourites. |

Where have these people been?
Hotel situated at the end of had yao beach and is set high up so the views are amazing probably the best on the beach (we had room 407) and definetly the busiest hotel with the best food. Staff friendly especially Tic |

The hotel was very clean and the staff were all very friendly. Food at night from the barbecue was excellent (especially if you like fish) and good value for money. The only thing that spoils the hotel is the location of the swimmimng pool (too close to restaurant and sun beds) but as its right on the sea shore plenty of sea to swim in :-)) |
