Personalens engelska kunskaper är bristfälliga. Detta i sin tur gör att servicen inte riktigt blir som man kan önska. Personalen gör dock sitt bästa för att vara till lags och få gäster att trivas. Bungalowerna är stora och rymliga, är man rädd för springor i golv och dåligt lås på dörrar bör man välja ett annat hotell. Hotellet ligger avsides och ganska öde. Fordon krävs för att ta sig till annan del av ön. Stranden är inget att rekommendera. Poolen är helt okej, dock är området runt poolen ganska slitet. Vill man ha total lugn och ro är detta ett alternativ. |

For the price of a 4 stars hotel you will have the comfort of a cheap hotel, the worst sand than you can find in Thailand, and bad and dirty atmosphere. You can also add a bad location, and non qualified people. You can add that the rooms are not ready when you arrive late in the afternoon!! |

Rather dated decor and the bungalows are in urgent need of repair and maintenance.
There is building going on and the beach is not nice.
Food is good and staff is very friendly. No WiFi or LAN in the bungalows but in the main building. |
Booking service was good. Made mistakes though on the speedboat reservations. Double check the reservations. |
