Staff very friendly, fanatastic views from the restaurant, delicious food and the tents were very comfortable. Lovely mountain water swimming pool. All in all we had a brilliant stay. Highly recommended. |

We love this place and have stayed here two weekends so far. It is a great choice if you want to get away from the madness of Bangkok. We will definitely stay here when we go back to Kanchanaburi. The staff are very, very friendly and helpful.There are only 3 staff who speak English but they always seemed to be around to help so communication was no issue. The food is good - they accommodated all our special food needs (gluten, lactose free). The natural pool is lovely, very refreshing with a beautiful view (it is a dipping pool not a swimming pool). Take books to read as there isn t too much to do in that area. The resort can arrange boat tours and treks. We went with our 9 month old baby and were never short of help to entertain us so that we could eat, we had an extra bed in the room. The rooms are nice. The second time we went we thought that the tents smelt a little musty, might have been the result of a week of rain. Beds and linen are clean. We would go back here in a tick! |

Peaceful surrounds that brings you close to nature but pulls you back a bit with the A/C unit in each tent. The nature pool is wonderful with cold river water. The loud cicadas give a jungle feeling to it all and yet the birds in the morning makes every morning so sweet.

The tent was fine, quite nice in fact, but would not stay here again. We found the bar/receptionist surly, she had an attitude. Food was dreadful. The worst we had in our whole Thailand trip. The price included dinner and breakfast and was quite expensive - we expected a lot better. At a loss to find it a romatic spot as per a prevoius reviewer. We left as soon as we could. |
Excellent service, quick and safe. Loved the SMS confirmations while we were travelling. |
