Hermitage Hotel & Resort, Nakhon Ratchasima 30000 - Review ...
A huge White Elephant on the outskirts of town. Seems to be used more as a conference centre than a hotel. Staff do not understand English even though they say yes to every question! In frustration I said to the receptionist Do you think I am crazy ? She said yeeeeeeeeeesssss!!!! In fairness, it is not the staff s fault...there is just no management here at all. The dining staff were more interested in eating their own food than serving the customers, the menu was restricted pretty much to Thai food even though international cuisine was on the menu. The internet did not work properly, the lights in the passage way to bedrooms were not on, and the cost of getting into town was unnecessarily high. All in all, not a place for farangs!! [R24 integr.ERR:escaping] |
This is the first time I have used this company and will be the last. They failed to advise the hotel of the booking! |

A very big hotel located just outside the center of Khorat.
The rooms are very nice, simple but good.
Breakfast is good, good choice of everything.
Behind the hotel is a swimming pool, good for a swim after walking around in Khorat city. The hotel can arrange taxi to the temples Phimaii and Khao Phanom Rung.Walking outside the gate in front of the hotel and if you wait for a few minutes there will be a tuktuk or motorcycle taxi that will bring you to town.
Inside the town near the v one hotel are some nice bars and clubs, or go to the Bar Nana disco.
Good hotel will stay again [R24 integr.ERR:escaping] |

A big hotel in a big park, but at a difficult location outside Korat (the map is unclear). Big rooms, but empty. Only reception speaks (good) English. |

Nice spacious rooms. The staff is very friendly and helpful, but does not know too much English. So be creative in explaining what you want and they will take care. Good kitchen and a nice garden. For the usage of the swimmingpool an extra fee will be charged.
The hotel is not far away from the town center, but it is better not to walk (way into town not nice) A tuk tuk will only cost you between 40- 60 Baht (dep on your negotiation skills) [R24 integr.ERR:escaping] |
Easy going and professional as always |
