Room was great,very spacious with a nice big balcony. Location is brilliant, right in the middle of town but set back enough from the road to be very quiet. Breakfast was excellent. Staff were polite and friendly. We got a good deal and for the price we have absolutely no complaints. We had a very nice long weekend and would definitely stay here again. |
Very easy to use and hassle free! No problems at all. Very, very happy! |

The staff was extremly helpful and very polite. The service was excelent and the breakfast was great. The location near the beach is good and the view from the 10th floor was very nice. The only inconvenient were the roosters in the neighborhood. |

ห้องพักแบบ standard ค่อนข้างเก่า ผ้าห่มและทีวีเป็นแบบเก่า (โรงแรมใหม่ ๆ ผ้าห่มจะเป็นแบบผ้านวม)คนไทยโดนชาร์จราคาวันหยุดอีกคืนละ 200 บาท ซึ่งไม่ได้มีอะไรพิเศษมากกว่าแขกต่างชาติเลย
พนักงานบริการดี ยิ้มแย้ม ทั้งเบลบอย พนักงานรปภ.หรือพนง.ฟร้อนท์บริการประทับใจดีทุกคน
อาหารเช้าเป็นแบบบุฟเฟ่ต์มีให้เลือกหลากหลายพอประมาณ
เรื่องห้องพักแสงไฟในห้องน้อยเกินไป เคเบิ้ลทีวีแทบไม่มีให้ดู มีแต่ทีวีไทยกับช่องต่างชาติอีกประมาณ 3 ช่อง เทียบไม่ได้กับไอบิสพัทยา ที่นั่นมีมากกว่า 30 ช่อง
สรุปประทับใจเฉพาะพนักงานของโรงแรม แต่ห้องพักราคาสูงเกินความเป็นจริง (1,550 บาท/คืน) เมื่อเทียบกับคุณภาพห้องที่ได้รับ |
บริการรวดเร็ว จองวันนี้บ่าย พรุ่งนี้เข้าพักก็ยังสามารถติดต่อจองโรงแรมให้ลูกค้าได้ทัน เยี่ยมมากค่ะ |

The front desk is nice. Hotel certainly need renovation as the carpet smell not so good when we first step out to our floor. The room is clean and service staffs are nice and quick response. The breakfast is the great with variety of food. Hotel facilities such as pool and fitness gym closed a bit too early. |

Nice hotel, with a big room facing the sea. Very close to the beach. Nice and helpful staff. Lots of restaurants close to the hotel. |

Although the rooms were full booked, the staff still provide good service with their smile. Recommend if you have limited budget, this hotel can reply your need (with perfect location just across the street, you can see the beautiful beach). |

Long Beach Cha Am can really be recommended! The staff was superfriendly, breakfast was good, rooms were beautiful and everything was clean and nice. |
