hotel room and the swimming pool wasn t that great. But it was ok since we were there for our friends wedding at the hotel in the neighborhood which costs almost double.
but the location was good. we can walk to the beach, and, it s close to Cicada market. just walking distance. |

1. Hotel should have more electricity plug. I stay in small room, when I need to dress and use hair dryer, I must use at downstair, that s inconvenient!
2. air-conditioner is a bit old, not cool.
3. other facilities are good, big room, good environment. |

The hotel and facilities were below par. I appreciate that it was a peak holiday time and I booked late but the romms and facilities were very poor the website portayed this hotel a lot better than it was as a result we did not stay for the full period of the booking and left a day early and went elsewhere |
Have no problems with booking service. |

1. ห้องกว้างดี แต่ควรจะมี TV อยู่ในห้องนอนด้วยค่ะ
2. มีแต่ผ้าเช็ดตัว ไม่มีผ้าเช็ดหน้า
3. อาหารเช้าไม่ค่อยเหมาะสมกับราคา
4. ห้องอาหารค่อนข้างคับแคบ ไม่พอกับจำนวนผู้เข้าพัก

มีปัญหาเรื่องที่จอดรถไม่ค่อยพอในกรณีที่มีแขกมาก รวมทั้งสถานที่รับประทานอาหารเช้าก็ไม่พอเพียงในวันแรก แต่ก็มีการแก้ไขในวันต่อมา(ไปมาในช่วงวันหยุดยาว) |

The garden and sea view rooms are great for family. Front desk staffs are helfull but Swiming pool crews are reluctant to put mats on the chairs...
Breakfast is OK but the location of the restaurant is not nice. (stuck in between buildings. The location of the hotel is far away from the center of Hua Hin andthere is not many restaurant at walking distance. |
The booking service is efficient but check well your booking proposal before paying, the total fee was wrong on mine... |

Had a 2-storey, 2 bedroom garden view suite. There is not much of a garden to speak of, except for few trees between the buildings, and you have a view of the wall of the other building some 20 meters apart, but the rooms are big, nice and clean. We were four, but 6 people can easily stay there, except that there is only one shower. The pool is good and about 20 meters long.
Quiet location a bit out of the city. You can reach Hua Hin in 10 minutes by taxi and a standard price for taxi is 150 Bt.
The beach is not too nice and does not seem that it gets cleaned often.
The hotel restaurant is quite a disappointment, little choice, food is no good, even the Thai dishes are tasteless, and you get a view of reception area. Take a taxi and go somewhere else for your lunches and dinners, if you want to enjoy them.
Overall service is quite good and efficient.
All in all it is a good place for family (except for food) to spend a weekend, but if you plan to travel for this from another country then you will be better off going to Koh Chang, Phuket or a similar location with nicer white sand beaches. |

I reserved type garden view suite before checked in around 14days but I checked in at suite which far from sea..... About Parking , It s not good not comfort and not enough for guest. About Breakfast , It is bad ..locate...food...environment.. About room , It s very good , clean , beautiful but there are only one bathroom for 5 people..... |
Good Service every step , It s easy and quick. Your staff have service mind for serve. But I not sure about priority for reserve in This hotel, I think I should get the room better than. |
