The resort is very nice. We wanted to get away from the city noise and were very happy with the location and service we received. The outdoor pool was also a real treat. Only negative issue I can think of was our room had a strange moldy smell. It bothered my girlfriend in particular, but I didn t notice it. Not sure if the room has had water damage in the past. We were on the ground level floor so in the future I would request staying in an upper level room, or at least inspect the room first.
Otherwise, the bed was comfortable and we liked having a bigger bathroom/shower. |

Nice resort,but bad bad service
Pool and bar nothing.Breakfast very poor.
Swimming pool no personal for drinks.
Never more this resort. |

Beautiful hotel just outside center of Chang Rai, but the center is easy to reach by the free shuttlebus from the hotel, and you can get easy back by TukTuk.Friendly staff and a good restaurant.All the bungalows are in the lucious garden surrounded by ponds, plants and trees. |

Great new resort. Everything went fine. They have electric tuk tuks to bring you where you want to go within the resort. Sauna was slow to heat up, the Jacuzzi was broken, but the outdoor pool was very clean. Overall i recommend this resort. |
Booking with Res24asia.com was effortless as usual and they gave me a very good rate for my cottage. I will always book with Res24asia. |

the hotel and resturaunt were first class, the staff was very courtious and eager to help...we had the place nearely to ourselves most of the week and had a great time there...would use it again |

Nice Hotel, good service. The staff was distinctively polite and friendly. We felt very comfortable with everybody there. Breakfast was rather disappointing, but that was the only negative thing to mention.
Since the hotel is quite new, as of Feb 2008 it was practically empty. On the one hand, this was quite good, because we had all the attention of the extremely friendly hotel staff for ourselves, on the other hand the atmosphere would have certainly been nicer if there were more people around.
All in all, we do recommend this hotel. |
