Very friendly and helpful staff. Good value for your money. Only down-side was that the laundry service was very expensive compared to other hotels we have stayed at. |
Excellent service. We had some troubles with a potential flight cancellation and sawadee was very helpful in contacting the hotel we had booked and was even able to get a refund although the hotel policy would normally not have allowed it. |

What a fantastic place to stay, Customer service is foremost at this property. The rooms were clean, The view was spectacular of the Golden Triangle. I would stay here again and recommend to others!! |

Great resort to stay at. Lovely reception area and building. Well maintained even though it is an older establishment. Staff very pleasant and friendly. Grounds beautifully maintained as well. Good swimming pool along with other activities. Lovely restaurant and superb views of the Mekong River. Very large rooms, fresh and very clean with a great balcony and excellent views. We arrived for Songkran and had a fantastic time with the locals. Good location with lots to see and do. Will definitely be back again. |

Large hotel, our room having a balconey over looking Mekong river and borders of Myanmar & Laos, great views also from the resturant and bar areas. |

The Imperial Golden Triangle Resort is a beautiful hotel set in an excellent location, at the heart of the Golden triangle. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a good variety. The hotel is within a few minutes walking distance from local shops and massage parlours. Please note that the hotel is at leasy an hour away from Chiang Rai town centre. However, it is a very tranquil and quiet setting and the views from the hotel are absolutely magnificent. There are hardly any restaurants in the area for dinner. However, the hotel offers a wide variety of meals for dinner which is good value for money. For those of you who want a good massage service, I highly recommend the massage parlour just outside the hotel (its a minutes walk down the hill from the hotel). I highly recommend the Imperial hotel for its service, views, quality, location and staff, and would definitely rate it higher than any of the 5 star hotels I have lived in within that area |

Hotel is located on the slope right below viewpoint. Near hotel are piers with boats for Byrma-Laos-Thailand trip.
Staff is friendly, but convinced us to check-out too early so we missed breakfast (and breakfast-box is lousy) and then spend about an hour in airport. |

Fantastic setting and views, each room with a veranda overlooking the Mekong river. Very quiet location, nice, spacious rooms. Highly recommended. Hotel will organise transit to and from Chiang Rai, but if there are only 2 of you it is cheaper to arrange your own taxi. |

Very nice hotel, great view. It is outisde the city however very nice to relax and enjoy the beautiful view on the golden triangle. Good breakfast and very nice view from the restaurant.
We booked an extra night locally.
We would definately go back there. |
As usual no problems and better prices thann booking locally the additional night. |

We loved the hotel and its quiet surroundings. The hotel is overlooking Mekong and the border of Thai-Laos-Burma. Great!
