well we had a very pleasant time at this hotel staff were very very good room was clean food fine and would recomend it to others without a thought |

Our stay was outstanding as always. This stay was our third since 2005 and yes their will be a fourth within a couple years. Again it will be at the Suriwongse hotel. The staff is like family. Our home away from home.

Older hotel, great location, big rooms, clean. Was in the middle of renovations when we were there so would be better when the pool is open.
Restaurant is below par which was disapointing but plenty of eating options around. |
Great, really easy & quick. Reccomend them, I had no problems. |

Hotel rooms not similiar to what was shown in the website. Aircon not cold, heater not working properly, toilet drainage stuck, room door couldn t be closed and open properly and room service doesn t understand English. Dirty, messy and lousy breakfast. Have skipped breakfast even have paid for it. Very run down hotel, except for location is good and toilet is spacious for premium room. <span style="display:none">[R24 integr.ERR:escaping]</span> |

The hotel staff was superb! Rooms were clean. Bathroom clearly had been remodeled- tacky but clean. Breakfast buffet was full of food, but lacked horrible for a vegetarian.
The only veggie items were 3 different kinds of fruit. All the dishes had egg or meats. |

Very large room, very close to night market. Internet available but not free and sometimes not working. From desk staff OK. Breakfast average. |

I had the most unpleasant welcome when the girl at the counter was very rude and most UNHELPFUL and UNFRIENDLY. Due to work constraints I left my booking number at home. The girl rudely direct me to their email room which I have no idea where and asked to send my email to their hotel. That girl could have at LEAST be more POLITE, friendly and HELPFuL especially to foreigners. The room was not pleasant too. the room phone was not working and I had to call the hotel several times to complain. On top of that I was charged for the tea and coffee making facilities which I DID NOT CONSUMED AT ALL AS I HAVE BROUGHT ALONG MY OWN COFFEE & TEA SACHETS. |
