I found that the hotel looked very dated and has not modernised with the times. The food provided was awful the breakfast was cold and not appetizing. I would not visit here again. |

An older but well maintained hotel.Rooms are basic but clean and spacious.No safety boxes in room, no wifi, no in house facilities (lounge or restaurant) |

Die Zimmer waren sehr groß. Ein reichhaltiges Frühstück. Alles in allem sehr zufrieden. Für Fast-Food gewohnte US-Amerikaner bestens geeignet, da Mac Donalds und Burger King in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen sind. |

ห้องพักกว้างดี แต่สกปรกใต้เตียงขี้ฝุ่นเยอะมาก พื้นห้องไม่ดีสีเทาทำให้ดูเก่า รองเท้าในห้องดำปี๋จนไม่กล้าใส่ โรงแรมดูเก่า อาหารเช้ามีน้อย โดยรวมไม่ดีเลย ที่แย่สุดคือแอร์เสียงดังมากๆๆๆๆๆๆๆๆๆ คงไม่ไปพักอีกแล้ว <span style="display:none">[R24 integr.ERR:escaping]</span> |

An excellent stay. Having stayed at most hotels in this area I can confirm it was clean and value for money not showing its age like most of the hotels around including those in a much higher price bracket. |
Average. It took a reminder email to get the booking confirmed and a phone call to sort out the payment. I online booked superior and the booking cam back Deluxe and because of the delays I had no choice but to go with deluxe. I will go back to check out the superior. In all other matters it was efficient. |

Hotel outdated.Room = poor.Receptionstaff:friendly and helpfull.Could check in very early whitout problem!
Breackfast .Egs etc.: cold !!!No service at all.
Am very freequent visitor of Chiang Mai,but wont be in this hotel.

It was nice for the price. The breakfast was good. The rooms are large but could use some paint. They have enough space for a small couch or more comfortable chairs which would be a very nice improvement. Great locations next to the night bazar. I stayed there this year as oppossed to the Royal Princess which is almost across the street. Next year I plan to go back to the Royal Princess. Much nicer for a little bit more money. |
I use a lot and have never had a problem. I still only use their service with hotels I am familiar with because if you end up in a bad place there is no way to get a refund. |
