We only stayed a few hours as the hotel didn t meet the expectations received from the web-site. The hotel was situated a long way from city and the interiour seemed very poor and a bit uncleaned. The staff were great, but the hotel was a big disappointment. It is very run down and was overpriced. The upgraded rooms are better than the standard, but for the price, I would go somewhere else. The lobby and restaurant are not air conditioned. I would not recommend this hotel for your stay in Chiang Mai. Eddie, Thank you for your help accommodating our group.
