Empress Hotel, City, Chang Klan Road I have stayed in this hotel before and found it very good.The breakfast is as good as many five star hotels and the breakfast room is bright and cheery. The staff are friendly and helpful.The rooms are getting a little dated but are clean and well serviced.It is a little further from the nightlife in Chiang mai but there are no problems with transport. This is my first choice hotel in Chiang mai |
