Botanic Resort is truly located in a beautiful and very welcoming atmosphere. The staff are exceptional and hospitable. The food were great. |
Booking services were very professional and understanding. But the room is less impressive and it didn’t look like the one that we wanted from the website? |

What a beautiful and peaceful location! An ideal getaway. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, the restaurant food (all Thai) was pretty good and very reasonably priced. All Thai TV. Not much to do but sit by the pool and relax - great! <span style="display:none">[R24 integr.ERR:escaping]</span> |
Very smooth - as always. Cheaper than booking directly at the hotel. |

Hotel was clean and beautifully maintained, however was located about 45 minutes outside the city of Chang Mai. We did not have a car and needed to use a taxi service to go everywhere. The taxi service arranged by the hotel was incredibly expensive. We will stay in the city next time. <span style="display:none">[R24 integr.ERR:escaping]</span> |
Booking service was efficent and effective. No problems. |
