Nice hotel and very nice room. However, we were unfortunate enough to be without hot water for two days. The room would even be better if the king size bed had two bedside tables with reading lamps. Breakfast was a little difficult for Farangs. Room was lovely, however lacked information about the hotel i.e. reception number (had to figure it out). Hotel staff knew very little english which cause frustration when asking for assistance or ordering room service. If hotel wants to market to foreigners they need to brush up on language skills. This would be the main reason why I wont recommend this hotel. We god a room on the 7th floor with water view, very nice. The only one negetive to say about the hotel is that there is only one dinning restaurant. It could be better if the restaurant is situated on the side where you have water view. Very convienience.
