R Sumatluck 2009-02-09	Tipchang Lampang Hotel, Lampang Stayed here for 5 nights.Reasonable value for the price.Breakfast included. There is a pool and internet available. Both easy to access.Location is central.	No problems-easy to use
Fred Wolfe 2007-02-02 until 2007-02-04	Tipchang Lampang Hotel, Lampang Good price, reasonable location. Overall, hotel was pretty tired and lack of ongoing maintenance was evident inside and out. Exterior was pretty grimy and in dire need of cleaning and painting. Our room was a mini-suite which was adequate for our needs, but certainly was not as nice as shown on website. Only about 1/2 of the lamps were in working order, windows were grimy, bed was quite hard. Hot water was not available from about 10 PM until 6:30 AM. Staff were pleasant and as helpful as possible; however, very little English was spoken with exception of one manager. Included breakfast was average to mediocre. On-site restaurant had confusing menu and you can t necessarily count on getting what you think you are ordering. Food quality was OK, though. Lampang has definitely not been discovered yet and there are very few restaurants in the vicinity of this hotel - plan to walk some distance or hire transport if you want to find a better selection of restaurants.	Excellent!

Harthoorn 2007-01-18 until 2007-01-19	Tipchang Lampang Hotel, Lampang Please pass this hotel. it needs a lot of managers !!! to get it right. The local staff is okay donot speak English) but only one girl to change 40 room !! resulted in not cleaning my room - the most expensive room/suite for tbt 1900 a night - at 17.00 hours ! Last but not least, 20 or more BARKING dogs in the parking lot in front of the hotel will keep you out of your sleep defintly.	always a success with sawadee.com
