The resort is in need of renovations and overall upgrading. TV lacked English programs; no refrigerator in room; bathroom extremely basic. The staff referred to guests by room number. The buffet dinner was horrible as well as the breakfast. The staff prepared food with their bare hands and handed it over to guest. The food at the breakfast buffet was cold. The sign said they served until 10 am but the heating elements were removed by 8 am, leaving the food uncovered in an outdoor restaurant. The towels look ten years old. No information of hotel and its services in room. Overpriced. |

Bonito hotel en plena naturaleza. Las habitaciones/bungalows grandes y limpias. Lástima que tuvimos una mala experiencia con el servicio, cenamos en el hotel y nos intentaron timar 1.200 baths (= 25 euros) de más por la cara, por ser turistas. Y luego ni se disculparon.... Lástima porqué te vas con mal sabor de boca y pierde su encanto. |

Room and bathroom need an inmediately rehabilitation, hotel location it is really far from city center but the hotel it is better care, really beautiful. I think you have a lovely hotel but you need to improve it. |

Do not believe the hype. This Lodge is severly overpriced. The grounds are beautiful. The river location is poor. The service is the worst I ever encountered in Thailand. The hotel rooms are in desperate need of an update...mold in the shower... cheap decorations. The food is terrible and the food price extremely high. |

22. - 24. april 2009 in Deluxe Room, double room.
Very beautyfull place, rooms are as shown at the pictures, good and friendly staff. Breakfast is good.
The only bad thing is the placement - a little outside the city.
I would go here again! |

Un parc splendide, une restauration et des petits déjeuner super. Les chambres des bungalows manquent peut etre d isolation phonique. Evitez les jeunes mariés comme voisins |

This must have been a fantastic resort in it s day. It s in a gorgeous location, nice pool, but the rooms are in major need of an update, and rather disgusting odors from the bathroom. The staff couldn t have been nicer -- we accidentally left a camera at dinner and they were waiting with it for us at breakfast the following morning. |
