Big hotel, a little bit old but clean and efficient. Lunch buffet and breakfast average, dinner at italian restaurant good. Good location. Overall a good deal in this area. |

Generally good hotel but the workers need to be a little warm and friendly. It would be nice to have a) more English language newspapers, may be 4-5 so that everyone who would like to read will be able to do so. b) the lobby is too dark and needs a little more light and c) it would be nice to have a place (room) for guests to have tea or coffee with some cookies at reduced prices or for free. |

nice hotel,breakfast not the best.
Lovely temples and shopping at Tesco lotus,
Ayutthaya Town is in need of a clean up and it is sad to see the small stream filthy that runs into the river,this could be an asset to the town, |

Nice hotel, it worth the price
The only negative comment I would add , request room on the back, because of the main hightway in the front is quite noisy early morning |

Pasak Coffe shop is great good service good taste and flexilble treatment of our small happy birthday party of diner inspite of our low budget manager make a set thai menu immidiately 400thb person big volume and great tasty room is moderate but nice river view and hot shower is really confortable only one week point is swiming pool is all day sun shde then water is all day cold for swim but totaly great service and kindly hospitality hotel in thailand better than amari group or dusit group I will stay again |

Good facilities. Pool a bit oisolated, but nice. Great location. Good service. The room was excellent. The all-important bathroom functioned very well.
The breakfast was a bit disspointing, as they were shutting it down 30 minutes before 10am, trying to get-a-move on.
That being said, I would stay there again. |

this is a very nice hotel in Ayutthaya. Our room was clean and the shower had great water pressure and hot water. The pool and health gym is very nice and the breakfast was one of the best we have had in Thailand. We found the staff attentive, friendly and helpful. All in all we had an enjoyable stay at this hotel and will probably stay there again. |

we spent 2 days in this hotel and the booking price through internet was very fair and quite good comparing the hotel standard, beautiful decoration, good location, really nice and helpful staff and lovely swimming pool corner, rooms are great enough, good confort, we enjoyed the bowling and the breakfast is just enormous, fantastic!!!! |

ok price to value and view BUT problems included : staff speaks little English, we found a cockroach in the room, no elevator or ramp access to restaurant which is not convenient with stroller, and we were charged abusively for a broken item |

A very nice hotel with a good breakfast (huge range). The staff at reception was very friendly and helpful. There is a nice pool as well. |
Excellent! We booked all the hotels for our trip through Thailand on sawadee.com and never had a problem. |

It is a very good place to stay, well kept and quiet at a short distance from the railway station. the staff is courteous and helpful. I enjoied this hotel very much. |
I am afraid that 3 emails to confirm a reservation is nowaday too complicated. Process should be simplified. |

Locatet just beheind the river in a good position not too far from the center of the town.
Just outside the hotel you can find tuk tuk that for 600 bath offer you a full trip of three hours araund the main archeological sites.

Additional comment: Easy to see the hotel from the road, but not easy to arrive to the hotel by car. Must ask for a map or call the hotel. |
