very good location, but it s a little bit hard to find, and many taxi drivers have no idea about this hotel. |

We stayed in True Siam Hotel for 3 nights in August 2011, and were pretty satisfied. The room was clean; the staff were friendly and helpful, and the buffet breakfast was not bad.
The hotel was within walking distance from the Airport Rail Link and BTS Skytrain. Access to the stations can be tough for senior people, though.
The hotel did have some minor drawbacks: the restroom (for standard room) was slightly small, and lack space to keep our toiletries; and I hoped the TV reception was better. However, at the very affordable rate offered, I really couldn t complain too much.
Tips: Not every taxi driver knows where Soi Sriayuttaya 12 is. Tell them it s near Siam City Hotel. |

I can honestly say this is a small but amazingly beautiful and well appointed hotel.
The rooms are large and well arranged with what I believe to be the best A/C I have seen at any hotel in Thailand. The shower was always hot and room always clean. the staff were always very polite and helpful.
The restaurant was always open on time and the food was hot and ready to eat. There was always a good selection and nice variety of food to eat.
I would highly reccommend this hotel to looking for a nice quiet hotel that is close to all major mass transportation in Bangkok. |
