no hot water at all, towels were dirty,
no sat tv, reception staff not every helpful nobody there to pick us up from airport ,had to phone to get picked up |

I do extensive research on the hotels we stay at and booked this one in January based on the mostly good reviews it got on Trip Advisor. This is the first time that we have been really disappointed, fortunately it was only for one night or we would have moved. For a hotel that is only 18 months old it is looking very worn. It s almost as if they started out with great intentions but then ran out of money.
We had booked 2 rooms and check in was fast and efficient, they asked us if we needed a wake up call which we arranged for 7:00am the following morning. We never got the call, fortunately we were already awake.
There are a number of bars with live bands so it was very noisy at night. The tv had all Thai channels with one english speaking channel(national geographic) I would have expected being an international airport hotel that it would have offered a variety of channels in different languages.
Avoid the restaurant, we ate lunch there after a long morning of traveling and it was the worst meal we ate on our entire trip. The next morning we went back to grab a coffee and toast at the free breakfast buffet before our flight. Our son poured himself a glass of water from a dispenser only to find green strands of algae floating in it. I also poured a glass of orange juice and saw black bits of unknown origin floating in it. The coffee was luke warm and cream wasn t provided only coffee mate. Needless to say we didn t stay and ate at the airport instead.
On a more positive note the transfer to the airport was fast and efficient and the driver was friendly.
However based on the other issues I would NOT recommend this hotel. |

1. English communication ability of the staff is extremely poor over the phone and quite below expectations via other means of communication
2. Mini bar is rediculously overpriced |

It s a wonderful hotel for a short-stay in Bangkok, if your flight is going the next day. BUT even 2 or 3 nights are ok, because you have the complimentary airport-transfer, the fast-train to BKK city for shopping or sightseeing. Very good value for money. The room is very big and the hotel even have a small pool. |

The room was not what the photo showed, dust all over and blood on the sheets, you could tell they had not been changed.Location from airport a lot longer than advertised.We will not stay there again!! |

Nice rooms, but soem rooms dont have window. ours had window and nice balcony. Very nice beds, and nice linnen. Nice restaurant ( indoor and outdoor) at the roof. Perfect transfer to airport, only 5-7 minutes drive. Good staff!
