This hotel met my needs and expectations.
The service was very friendly and helpful.
The room was comfortable, clean, and in good repair. A wake up call was provided exactly on time. It has an excellent location for overnight stopovers to catch another flight at the airport the next day. The included shuttle to the airport was efficient and on time. |
I have used sawadee.com many times, and it has always worked very well, with excellent customer service in the event of any questions. I fully recommend this booking service. |

This hotel is very close to the air port and is good for one night of sleep. We d like to suggest them to make a visible hotel sign for us to see picking up person clearly. |

i only stayed one night before flight so was ok some noise due people coming in and out but thats to be expected from a transit hotel.the room was ok and clean.staff helpfull and friendly,free mini bus to airport on time,would stay again |

Excellent value hotel if you need to stay near the airport. They offer a very good airport tranfer service. Basic rooms but clean. |

The Rooms in this place are to expensive, compare what you get for. Room is ok to stay but very simple. The bed is very hard and unconfortable.
Such standard in this area should not cost more than Thb 500. |
Booking on Sawadee is allways recomendable and with a good service.

We used this hotel as a stopover on our way to Trat. As we usually need to spend only one night before the next flight we choose such hotels near the airport. We liked the Regent as it is just what we need - it is clean, fresh linen, convenient bed, all facilities (shower, aircon, sofa in addition to bed and TV), quite spacious room with some kind of separate kitchen space and balcony. And you know it would be quite and peaceful, but some guests believe that if they leave at night all others should be awaken, no other negative points. We liked the personnel - very friendly and cooperative, no problems with transfer in the airport, they waited for us though we came a bit earlier, immediately set time for our transfer back to the airport in the morning, no delays and no rush. Certainly this hotel is not for those who want to see downtown Bangkok or visit shopping centres. But a little tip for you: if you anyway want to get out and not to eat in the hotel, you have 2 ways. 1) go to the main street and turn to the left - in 5-7 minutes you will see a food corner, with the whole set of McDonlds, KFC, Swendsen, Japanese restaurants etc. and even Lotus and over little shops. 2) if you turn to the right by the main street, than in 15-20 minutes you will reach cute local market with fruits, delicious Thai fried chicken etc. So make your choice and enjoi it, as your Thailand vacation has started. |

This is a good hotel for a short lay-over. Rooms are big and comfortable and amenities are fine. Paseo Mall is a few minutes walk away. |

A hotel just for a night for transit passengers.
My booking price included transfer from the airport, but they ignored that so i had to use a taxi. The room was clean, well furnished with the exception of the so called “kitchen”. They believe that a small room with a refrigerator, a kettle and two tea caps corresponds with a kitchen. Except of the mentioned one can find in the kitchen some empty cupboards and ants.
TV remote controller didn’t work, i asked to change batteries, and they promised but failed.
The hotel is situated far from all places of interest but that doesn t matter for those who need just a place to sleep between flights, and that doesn’t matter at all taking into account low taxi charges in Bangkok.
There is Tesco Lotus express (24 hours open), McDonalds and the like restaurants in 5-10 minutes walk distance.
In whole the hotel is ok, and i might be stay there again. Or may be not. |

FORGOT TO PICK ME AT AIRPORT AT 1AM, AND THEN WANTED TO CHARGE ME FOR LATE CHECK OUT. CLEAN ROOMS THOUGH. I WOULD STAY AGAIN, BUT WONT WAIT FOR THE SHUTTLE THAT WILL NEVER COME, LUCKY MY HOT GIRLFRIEND WAS WAITING WITH ME SO I WASNT TOO PISSED OFF...... |

Great location for overnight stay.
Pickup srvice great. You have to go to the meeting area to meet the taxi driver.
Room spacious and clean. 10 min. drive to airport, Small shopping mall 5 min. walk. Can recommend Thai restaurant just before shopping mall |

Очень достойный отель. Чистые, просторные номера, новая сантехника, бесплатный трансфер в аэропорт (расположен совсем рядом), дружелюбный персонал. Вобщем если ищите отель около аэропорта- самое то. |
чего-то в последнее время интервал между списанием денег с карточки и получением е-ваучера становится все больше и больше. Это, честно говоря, действует на нервы. |

From airport pick up to check out all the staff were very friendly and helpful. Big, modern and very clean room.
5 minutes walk to a small shopping mall or a typical Thai open air restaurant.
Will definately stay here again. |
