the rooms are excellent....the staff is also nice and friendly...the breakfast is also good...
The only problem is the hotel card is so small ..very hard to read ...problems with taxi driver...if I want to get back to hotel..everytime I will call the hotel and ask the operator to speak with taxi driver... |

Clean but basic. Did have wifi available but the hotel is about 30 minutes ride from the centre of Bangkok. |

I have stay in Xen Suites (ex Quality Suites Bangkok) 3 times in the last month and I am sorry to say this hotel has new owners. The staffs are very nice and the rooms are good but the hotel dose not gives you the services as the old hotel did. There is no tea and coffee in room, the min bar in room half empty, out of my 3 stay only one room had a safe, there no Gym/Fitness Facilities now in fact the gym is just an empty room, no beds around the swimming pool, Satellite/Cable TV in rooms only have few channel now only one in English Asia news, no hair dryer, no buffet Breakfast and the restaurant in that use to have a good menu and a good selection of red and white wines is no longer. What the Xen Suites Bangkok hotel services advertise is not so it is a great shame and the staff who work for the old management my feel sad of the backward move.

A very good hotel clean good size room staff very friendly and very helpful. Only had 2 days there but now booking to stay for a week as my base in Bangkok.

Room was a suite (separate lounge and bedroom) which was clean and good value. Staff friendly. The only issue was that I thought the shuttle to Don Muang was complementary, I was advised it wasn t, charge was 200 baht, which went up to 300 baht because we had 4 bags! The airport is 5 minutes away so get a taxi from outside if you want to save money. |

We only stayed one night at this hotel on our way from Koh Lanta to Kanchanaburi. We are a family of five adults and three children, and had booked two deluxe suites. Each suite consisted of a sitting room and two bedrooms, much more space than we needed for just one night. The rooms were clean and well equipped. For a family who plans to stay several nights in Bangkok this would be perfect.

Without any problem. We had booked airport pick-up but were afraid that the driver would not turn up as was the case when we had arrived in Bangkok three weeks earlier. Fortunately the driver waited for us at the airport. |
