Legacy Suite, Bangkok 10110 - Review ...
I ve visited BKK not less than 14 times. but this is my first stay in Legacy Suites. We stayed there for 3 nights , 4 days with our 2 kids after coming back from Pattaya. We would like to upgrade to Deluxe room as i wanted washing machine. But they are fully booked.
But still it s ok for the standard room.
There are 5 mins walk to Phrom Pon BTS station. But we took a cab which cost 35 bht ( 1.2 $) to the station. So no complaints from kids !! :)
Everything s fine . Kids love the pool too. The receptionist seems to be tough at first check in , but she s actually very good and gave us the pool side view to make the kids happy. We ll definitely stay here next visit too. [R24 integr.ERR:escaping] |

We liked:
- Gentle & Helpful staff
- Studios are brand new, wonderfully furnished
- Nice Decoration
- Breakfast Really good
- Location convenient, close to BTS
We did not like:
- Pool between the two Towers, Sun exposure very limited
- Gym shouldn t be located on Ground floor between a tailorshop and another office. A bit disapointing. [R24 integr.ERR:escaping] |

It was cool. All that staff was very kind and nice. Room condition was good. But the building next to the hotel was under construction, now. It was very noisy and I felt sorry. |

Good value for money and excellent room.Very quiet location even with building works next door being done during day only. A bit of a walk to both BTS and MRT and not many Restaurants close to hotel. Not sure if would stay again due to location. |

Legacy Suite, Bangkok 10110 - Review ...
We stayed at Legacy Suits with our 2 year old daughter for 4 nights. It was a very pleasant stay. The room was very clean and spacious. It has a nice small pool which you may enjoy much more if you have kids. The only downside was the breakfast since the selection was very limited. The breakfast buffet definetely needs some improvement. The location was also perfect, Just 10 minutes walk to sky train station. There was a very nice shopping mall in the vicinity as well called Emporium with a very good book store and plenty of nice places for a quick bite. I definetely recommend this hotel. Very good value for the money! [R24 integr.ERR:escaping] |

Legacy Suite, Bangkok 10110 - Review ...
The hotel is in convinient location, close to the sky train, but it is not the center. (By the way, if you are not traveling alone it s better to take taxi by meter than any other transportation). The hotel is not very big, and there is a construction near the hotel at present. Our windows were to the construction side, but it was ok. (Construction from 08 to 17 I think)
The room was exatly as in the pictures, and it was great. There is no room service at evening, and you cannot order anything to eat or drink when the restaurant is already closed.
In whole, I think the hotel is very convinient for business trips. [R24 integr.ERR:escaping] |
I ve been advised that there is a construction near the hotel, and I asked for a room its windows go to the opposite side of the construction. Ms. Bow (Sawadee helpdesk) advised me by email that it is all arranged, but when we arrived to the hotel, it was turned out that nobody notified the hotel staff about our request, moreover, the room scale we reserved is located only at the construction side. |

we could not fault the staff or facilities at the Legacy Suite. The location is perfect also with all manner of shops and shopping centre within easy walking. Also the Skytrain station so close by. A perfect place to stay in Bangkok. |

I really enjoyed my stay. Michelle at the desk was always smiling and helpful. The doormen were always there with a happy greeting, security was kind and always there. The night crew at the desk and door were pleasant and helpful even when I came in from the nightlife. The swimming pool was clean and the water perfect. Housecleaning was kept everyday, and nonintrusive. I will absolutely be back in December. If there were anything at all to change would be to include the internet service with the booking. |
Sawadee.com has never let me down. |
