I loved my stay at unico express hotel. the rooms were great.. and nice.. the facility in the hotel was not bad. the staff was very very polite and helpfull except for one at the front desk. The over all experience of this hotel is very good. the location is also good. its a 5 to 10 mins. max. walking to nana station bts. and you can enjoy the night life.. <span style="display:none">[R24 integr.ERR:escaping]</span> |

Not too bad, but there were a lot of middle east people, and sukumvit soi 3 not very good. |

Excellent hotel,but it is shocking for the first-timer to be asked to pay 400B extra for a night visitor. I booked a double room for god sake. |

The room although large, had an awkward layout. The wardrobe was opposite the bathroom leaving a narrow space between the two. The TV was by the entrance door and too far from the bed. Two seat couch with no table to set drinks on. Absolutely no natural daylight in the room as there are no windows.day staff good, I d booked a double room but night staff tried to charge me 400baht every time I brought a lady friend back. My stay here was good, rooms are very new and clean but extremely small i felt a little closed in to be honest. |

I was not impressed with my stay at unico express as a bad location and rooms were small and dirty . The swimmingpool was small and only gets the sun for a couple of hours as surounded by buildings all in all a bad experiance the hotel is not worth the money i do not recomend it . <span style="display:none">[R24 integr.ERR:escaping]</span> |

The pictures given online is totally different from the reality except for the lobby. We went through a maze through of tunnels before we reached our delux room. So please don t be charmed by what you see online and then get disappointed once you are in the room. Here are some difficulties that I and my family faced:
Water in the bathtub after shower; room and the bathroom were not cleaned properly everyday; the bedsheets were not changed everyday; the cleaner was very rude in nature; and there was a dampness in the room.Overall, the money paidis not worth it. Everything was quite ok, reception, Bell Boy,and restaurant.The king size bed was very good, but it was no more space,no chair, no table and the bathroom was terrible, leaking all over,and if you took a shower you hade swimmig pool inside and outside.I have stayed there 3 times before, and then the room was better.By the way, I live in Cha-Am <span style="display:none">[R24 integr.ERR:escaping]</span> |

I was staying whith my familly for 3 nights...Not so impressed, and the ladys working in the resesption was not helpfull, and talk bad english...i will not come back. |

I had a very good time in this hotel. The staff is very friendly (and sometimes really funny). I can recommended this hotel to anybody. |
The booking service is exellent. Nothing to worry about. In the future I will use this service again. |

A very cosy home away from home. Young energetic & very polite personnel with excellent service. Very conveniently located away from the hustle & bustle of Bankok city life but at the sametime almost there. Very economical backed by a very able booking agent as Sawadee. Dont expekt the hotel to pick you up at the airport, they dont. breakfast is not as good as last year, so I only stay for a bed and bath, nothing else |
