Nice place, but the interior is starting to look dates. Nearly time for a refresh in my humble opinion. |
Same good booking system as usual. |

Your hotel should be renewed (ceiling of the dining room, the armchair, the carpet altogether)
The thailande is the country of the mango, I have never seen a mango in the breakfast. [R24 integr.ERR:escaping] |

Great hotel at a great location. Great service from friendly staff. I only wonder why a hotel of that class doesnt have free Wifi?? |
Fast and effective booking. I always use Sawadee.com when in Thailand |

The Landmark Bangkok, Bangkok 10110 - Review ...
The Landmark is one of the best hotels in Sukhumvit, due to its location, facilities and staff. I stayed in a club room and it was excellent. Also, the club lounge was convenient and provided drinks and snacks during the day. I also enjoyed using the swimming pool and the cafe and restaurants in the hotel. |
Excellent support from Sawadee |

This hotel deserves a rating way better than this. There is practically nothing I can fault it on. Excellent location within a minute s walking distance from Nana station! The staff were very helpful, efficient & polite throughout our stay. Even the chambermaids consistently greeted us everytime we come across them. I like the way they thoughtfully made up our room, with particular attention to the little things. |

Hotel was nice apart from the Front desk Manager when I checked in, not aware that I spoke Thai and made a rude comment in Thai to the staff member that was checking me in when I requested a 30 minute extension to a late checkout. Apart from that all good. [R24 integr.ERR:escaping] |

The Landmark Bangkok, Bangkok 10110 - Review ...
The hotel service was perfect from turning down the be to setting out slippers. My wife found the bed so confortable I couldn t get her out of it. There was problen though, on Friday I had a sandwich in the Garden Cafe on the basement floor. It s cost was 240 baht and it was delicious. The next day I wanted to take my wife to the same place. After sitting for 155 minutes a 4pm in the cafe no waitress came to service us. I saw the same waitress I had the day before in the restuart next door where my sandwich had came from the day before we walked over and asked her to take outr order, she said please sit down. I ordered the same sandwich and a Ceasear salad for me and my wife to share. Iwas the same sandwich as the day before and just as good but when the bill came it was 320 baht and the Salad was maybe 60 baht more then the day before also. Same waitress, same sandwich at 50% more cost. I suggest if you stay at the LandMark you pay your bill first aas prices may change, and if you can t see a waitress upon arriving at a restuart which is open you should just go somewhere else. [R24 integr.ERR:escaping] |

Not what it used to be and rather under-managed. On trying to extend my stay, I was told that I had to re-book through the internet - ridiculous when I am standing at the reception desk and for a so called 5 star hotel. Not sure I will go back. |

This is a reallyreally good hotel. Super service and great staff. Nice restaurants and top class gym. The location of the hotel is very good as well. You are not far away from all the good sights and shopping malls of Bangkok either by taxi or BTS. I strongly recommend this hotel!! [R24 integr.ERR:escaping] |
As always excellent service and no problems |
