The location for the hotel to platinum fashion mall was not really near, but if you wanna walk, it would be around 10-15 mins.
The hotel doesn t provide kettles. You ll have to rent at a rate of 100 baht per day. And they only gives you only one key per room. I feel that it s inconvenient.
Right outside the hotel, there would be taxi drivers waiting fish you up. Check the rates and keep walking before deciding which one to choose from. Always ask for meter, is more worth it. |
Initially thought it wasn t trustworthy but it proves to be better than expected. Quick confirmation back and the payment process was fast. Very high chance to use the booking service if I were to go to Thailand again. :) |

Hot water sometimes not hot. All the towels should change new one. The location is good you may go to downtown by walking |

Very rude staff of Ecotel. except of couple of employees everybody else had stiff face expression. Not very welcoming. Breakfast was good though. I had expected a coffee maker atleast in a room. Location was great though. Very near to all the shopping arena. |
I loved booking through the Sawadee.com. I got good deals while booking hotels. And good thing was I could hold the hotel for a day before commiting the transaction, that gives me 1 day to look for better options. |

The hotel is kept clean and the rooms are spacious and clean. The view from the rooms is either a parking garage or ten feet away looking into another person s room. The staff are very friendly and very helpful but poorly trained how to maintain their Internet service which went down frequently and stayed down until they could get a technician to come in to fix it. The price was really good so I guess some sacrifice in view and services is to be expected. |
Booking service went fine no issues with that. |

Plusieurs sejours dans cet hotel mais un peu déçus cette fois : salle de bains pas très propre, pas de connection WIFI au cinquième!mais petit dej très copieux et tout prêt de pratunam! |

The hotel itself is nice.Its location,however,is not very convenient. Though it s not far from the main road and the airport link station,walking a distance with big luggage on hot day is not so good. |

Overall the hotel is good. But the reception is not enough qualificated. Wi-Fi was only 1-st day and then we needed to go to the restaurant nearby it was inconvinient very much. We have lived on 3-d floor - it was a little bit noisy.
Breakfast was really good.
But despite of amentioned above, I will not stay in that hotel for the next time. |
We booked hotel through Sawadee for the first time. It was really easy and quickly with high professional approach. Many thanks! |

I actually expected more from the hotel but in the end I was satified. Breakfast could have been better with faster service when products was out, not hot enough food. The shopping centers are nearby and that was the criteria for us when booking.
The street outside hotel has almost nothing to offer but taxi/tuk tuk service and 7/11. |
No problem as usual, using it everytime. |

We stayed in 5 hotels in Thailand. This was a pretty good one. It had one of the most elaborate breakfast buffets and the location was pretty good as it was within walking distance of the skytrain. |

This hotel is in an okay location for shopping and sightseeing. However, it was very noisy and the rooms were basic. The reception staff were without a doubt the most unprofessional and unfriendly staff I have ever come across. To say they were rude and unhelpful would be an understatement! Not what you d expect from the country of a thousand smiles!! Their internet system was down for 4 days from Christmas day and although they told us every day it was going to be fixed, it was not. Very frustrating when you are trying to stay in touch with family over the holiday season. So eventually we gave up and cancelled our stay as having wifi was one of the reasons we chose this hotel. Make sure you pay your deposit in cash or credit card, because if like me you use a debit card they will keep the payment for up to one month before reimbursing you!! I would never stay in this hotel again! |

I am from singapore. Like this hotel because 1)security- got security guard/post 100metre away. probably guarding ramada hotel which is opposite ecotel. so ecotel not junk or messy. 2)Clean room with new bed, new table, quiet environment, seafood restaurant 2 shops away, 7 eleven few
minutes walk.
Will stay here again if I come bangkok. |
