Available russian receptions staff. Wonderful ladies.
Do not wash tub, found pubic hair.
Windows in the area of space zone can not be opened and draped fine-mesh grille. It s no good.
Wi-Fi is very expensive. |

Nice hotel with a nice wiew from the 64 th floor. Breakfast buffet was nice, staff was very nice. I booked en executive suite that could use some new dekorating easy to tell that it has had many customers before me. the bar on the 82 nd floor was very dirty and not a place i want to sit down enjoy the wiew and have a relaxing drink. Paint coming off the walls etc.
I do not reccomend the dinner buffet if you are not asian..
But dont get me wrong had a very nice stay. Very nice staff. <span style="display:none">[R24 integr.ERR:escaping]</span> |

the room was very big and nice also staff prepared romantic nice as we wish, and its so cute to sit on sofa and see this amazing city, lights and traffic |

The Baiyoke Sky has always been one of our favorite hotels in BKK. The buffet breakfast is well worth paying a little extra for, as it is extensive and the price is low. People are always helpful. My only complaint is that they put you in a room for one night and then move you. I think if they have to upgrade you for a night they should leave you there for your stay if the room is not booked. |
Our agent was extremely helpful when we were trying to book 3 rooms, two doubles and one twin. |

The elevator for hotel guests are not separated with those buffet guests. Hence, there was crowd and hard to get the first priority for hotel guests to reach the hotel room. This is very disgusting for us after a long journey of shopping outside while go for a rest and shower during dining time. |
The payment shall be made at the hotel when check in and out but not through online. I understand the reservation shall be secure with the detail of credit card but not pre-payment. |

Overall experience was good though the human crowd control at the Observation Deck and Revolving Tower must be improved.
Would suggest limiting to the number of visitors and time span to avoid human congestion and slow lifts serving the 77th and 81st floor. |

В том, что пишут есть небольшая доля истины: -Отелю нужен ремонт, и это факт. Завтрак - очень даже хорош) Мы жили на 71 этаже, в комнате 7108, комната небольшая но с хорошим видом, если бы не нанесеная на высокие окна реклама. В номере достаточно чисто, есть небольшие пятна на ковре, но это не главное. Отель расположен в непосредственной близости от ветки идущей от аэропорта. До магазинов добраться легко, так же, как и до исторических мест. <span style="display:none">[R24 integr.ERR:escaping]</span> |

The hotel and service is great. The view from the rooms is fabulous. The only thing we didn t like was hotel s location. The were no cafes and restaurants nearby in night except for indian and pakistan food. However, you can take a taxi and visit a lot of really huge shopping centers and other facilities. <span style="display:none">[R24 integr.ERR:escaping]</span> |

Very busy hotel due to observation floors and top deck restaurant.Small pool,very expensive bar,rude Russians,decent bathroom,limited window views in bedrooms on high floors.Expensive room rate,chaotic breakfast with scramble for window seats. |
