Very helpfull staff.
The room toilet had a bad odour. Had to keep the ventilation fan switch on constantly to remove the smell. |

Our stay at Admiral Suites was delightful. Staff were outstanding in their friendlyness, efficiency and service. Nothing was too much trouble for them. They were very accommodating with our requests, always smiling and happy to assist. The hotel we found well appointed with just a couple of little things such as a broken DVD, but hey if you worry about those things and make a big issue about minor things like that, then get a life!! The suites were large, spacious, and well designed. The in-room safe was appreciated. On the day that we arrived, there was a stench in the hallways, and we heard some pounding, probably some work being done. The smell went away the next day, then returned again later. Fortunately, the smell didn t reach into the suites.
Customer service was so-so, staff were ok, neither friendly nor rude.
Breakfast was included in the price of the suite. The selection was pretty limited, and the food was ok, nothing to write home about. They do charge you for any drink after the first one... no free refills.
The back of the hotel overlooks a large parking lot with lots of buses... try to avoid rooms on that side, the opposite side is quieter. <span style="display:none">[R24 integr.ERR:escaping]</span> |

i loved it there.nice large clean rooms.good selection of tv channels.i was doing my thai wifes visa when there and the hotel was all that i wanted and more.great staff,quiet hotel near all shops.parrot cafe does great food.yes we loved it there and will be back <span style="display:none">[R24 integr.ERR:escaping]</span> |

Value for money hotel, polite and pleasant staff, rooms clean and comfortable. Hotel is close to a lot of shops, restaurants and bars, choice of breakfast from the menu. |

Clean, spacious rooms, nice pool on the roof, cafe served decent food, a/c very tired in first room, but worked well in second room. |
Tried to stay for a further night but the staff would not take my booking over the counter nor phone at the internet rate. |

Great location, very convenient to take BTS, around 10 minutes by walking to Phrom Phong station.Clean room at comfortable size. The balcony is facing the parking lot, but not much noise.Very nice service. Friendly hotel.Clean room. Whereas the aircon is quite noisy. If you are lucky you get a room at the backside of the hotel. The breakfast down at the external restaurant is a bit poor.
The hotel is located in walking distance to Sky train.
Overall the hotel is good value for money and can be always an alternative if others are fully booked. <span style="display:none">[R24 integr.ERR:escaping]</span> |

exelent hotel for this area sukhumwit.
everything worked just perfect.
reception staff really helpfull, room perfect, in start I thougt a lot money, but after short while you notice really good value for the money .
thanks to receptionstaff, cleaning lady, and the doorman which helped me find snake place for a ritual.
for sure I stay this hotel next time I visit sukhumwit area, in the middle off kaotic bangkok you find this hotel just like small paradise. |
