Hotel was ok, except location was quite a distance from main attraction.
Breakfast was ordinary, slow to refill
foods that were running out. No supervisor around to oversee the smooth
flow of foods. I left with only a cup of coffee and l piece of bakery. These rest of the foods were out of stock. <span style="display:none">[R24 integr.ERR:escaping]</span> |
Got problem when I check in on Jan 24 2012. Hansa reception unable to locate
my booking from sawadee.After some delay then they are able to expedite my checking in. |

Excellent location directly on the beach but very poor quality of the bungalows (both aircon and fan). Would not recommend. |
As always the booking service with Sawadee was excellent. |

Really bad stay. The rooms were too basic, we paid 1200 baht a night and the standard was very low. The breakfast was gross, and the staff couldn t care less about the guests. Best location to the beach. but not enough beach-chairs. standard room o.k. but theres a ugly wall on the entrance (balcony) to the standardrooms. Rooms in bali-zone with the best price-relation. Beachview bungalows overpriced. Staff friendly and caring. Too expensive for what it is
Only cold shower !
The garden looks like the gardener is in jail since some years.
At that price (3500 Baht Sea View) you can find better in Koh Lipe
The restaurant in the reception is good but too expensive
I don t remember the price from the Pad Thai(very expensive!), but you can have a better one at KhaoSan Road for only 25 Baht!
Go eat at the Coconut Beach Resort Restaurant in the middle of the Castway Resort. They provide good food at moderate prices.
On the photos the resort looks new,but in fact all bungalows need to be repainted outside.

En riktig pärla, boende precis på stranden. Åk hit om du vill ha lugn, vi var där 4 nätter och det räckte alldeles utmärkt eftersom det bara fanns det hotellet på den stranden. Lite dyrare än andra ställen men absolut värt det. Liten miss med vår transfer från flygplatsen, väntade 3 timmar och fick ringa hotellet 3 gånger men det är svårt att vara arg på thailändare, dom gör verkligen sitt bästa. <span style="display:none">[R24 integr.ERR:escaping]</span> |

Bella struttura ottimo servizio.Unica pecca la spiaggia quasi inesistente a causa della costruzione fino a riva e la grande difficoltà ad entrare in acqua a causa dei coralli fino a riva.La struttura si trova a margine della spiaggia a sud e la sera aumentando la marea si isola completamente dalle altre strutture obbligando a stare nel resort con chiusura dei servizi entro le 21.oo |
