Golden Landmark Hotel, Singapore
Older Hotel, Carpeting literally threadbare, but the rooms are clean. A good but different location, On Arab St. and 4 blocks from little India, close taxi ride from airport, to Raffles Hotel and Orchard St..
Ok pool, no exercise facility, breakfast not worth free charge. |
It took 2 days to get confirmed but hotel was almost sold out for Thaipusam Ceremony |

hi all just back in ireland after our tour around australia.
our stay at the swissotel the stamford was out of this world our only mistake was not staying for a extra 2 days as the hotel,service,people, are great i we will be back again.

A very nice Hotel. Pleasant staff and facilities. We stayed in one of the Shophouse Rooms and it was lovely, giving a colonial feel to our stay. The shopping centre attached to the Hotel is great as is the convenience of the MRT subway. Will stay there again. |
As usual the staff were very helpful. A little hiccup with the booking was soon overcome with great efficiency. |

Good value,especially if compared to the price.
Excellent breakfast.
Only a slight misunderstanding, when
I checked in. I got the impression that
my credit card was billed again,but
this finally appeared to be a verification only. |
Initially some uncertainty about the
number of guests, but the internet-service responded effectively and quickly .I would like the online payment procedure to be easier, a
confirmation from the hotel itself
included, to prevent any uncertainty.
