hotel is nice , have a lot of trees and nice pool ,but my room # 503 not good , door have a gap that mosquitos will come in the room and Aircondition have water dip. 3 times for call hotel to fixed but can not fixed problem till i was check out this hotel , breakfast is good |

Grand Jomtien Palace Hotel, Jomtien Beach Rd.
Very nice hotel, nicly situated in front of the beach. Have several swimming pool which is a plus since the sea in Pattaya/Jomtien Beach isn t often great. Situated in a area than is less noisy, restaurants are situated within walking distance but none that are great. Staff was very nice and friendly too. Room is a little old & maybe new TV s are needed to make it better. |

Bella Villa Prima, Pattaya, 2nd Rd. (North)
I enjoyed my 5 nights stay in Bella villa prima hotel.
The first night was given a low level room. Noise from swimming pool & asked the second night to change it and they did. The negative points are:
1- No refreshes for bath soap, cotton bud and all bath room needs.
2- B/fast is most like Asia type than int’l style and food too cold.
Last day they allowed up to 2 pm for check out.
Overall, room/bath clean, nice, good atmosphere, staff friendly. Location is ok away from bars, loud music and not far with beach, shopping, and pty city. Thanks |

Hotel complex is HUGE with 4 buildings of various sizes. Stayed in the only building that was open during our stay Ocean Wing room was of good size and the room and bathroom were clean but some maintenance was needed. They refigerator in the room did not work, and one of the can lights in the bathroom hung down about 2-3 inches from the bathroom ceiling. A all you can eat breakfast buffet was included with the room, and had someting to offere for evryone, whether you were wanting a taste of Thai food or more traditional food, there was also always fresh fruit and fresh bread. Hotel staff were always helpful and even helped us in saving some money on excursions/sighting seeing by helping to arrange a better cost for us. Hotel is located on the southern outskirts of Pattaya, but was a good location for a family vacation. Even though it had 4 pools I only saw 2 of the pools open, the one we used the most was located beach side to the hotels private beach location. My wife, myself and our 9 year old son all enjoyed our stay, and even on two occasions used the sport center facalities within the hotel |
