I had one of the mostr horrible experience of my life. I regret the day I opted for this hotel. The hotel cleaning did not cleaned soap form outside on the Glass soap dispenser and did not clean it. It was placed on the wash basin and one needs to carry it to the bath tub, shower area. It slipped out of my hand and because cleaning staff did not cleaned the soap form the dispenser and it hurt my feet. Instead of taking care of my feet and providing me medical help the hotel staff was just wanted to rip me for money. They told me if I dont pay what they asked for they did not allow me to leave the hotel and forced me to pay. I tried to speak to the General manager who just came for 2 minutes and told me I have to pay otherwise I can not leave. He refused to speak to me. It shows how impolite and Rude they were. Never seen any such behavior in Hospitality Industry. Breakfast was lousy and staff was most hostile. Never recomend anyone to go there. |
Booking service was excellent and I used thailand hotels.com before and it is always very prompt and efficient. |

hotel is new, clean not far from the center. hotel has free internet to use. valuable to your money that you pay for 1,100 Baht. Pool is o.k but too small. Breakfast is fair, look not interesting, not hot so I took only the fruits. Hotel charged for the extra towel that is not good. All the average is O.K |

This is a good hotel. All Staff are kindly and friendly. And the pool is also good. It s bettle if NHK TV can be wacthed. |

The hotel was lovely and the suites we had were very spacious and very nicely decorated. Also very clean throughout. Close to all the action so handy if you want to walk to eating places, massages etc. While we were there the soi at night was quiet. Some construction nearby during the day. Staff also very helpful sorting out tickets for a show, dinner booking etc. |

Old world charm at a reasonable price. Staff was very nice, rooms reasonably clean and everything worked. A great breakfast affords a wonderful and restful view of the garden and pool, with birds right there to greet you! I hear this hotel will close next year and this is a shame since any other like hotel will be much more expensive and most likely not be so conveniently located in Pattaya. Nova Lodge is not fancy, but it has amenities you might not get at twice the price. I recommend it highly to those who want to save, but still have a nice hotel, and who want to be located near the beach and many other hot spots in Pattaya. If you want to eat in, there is a grocery store just up the block. An internet cafe is locate across the street. The staff will get you almost anything you ask for. I highly recommend a Thai massage--cheap and great! |

Decided on the hotel after reading many positive reviews. Am glad to be adding one in myself after my stay. Hotel staff can speak decent English and are very helpful. Rooms are clean, and was suitably impressed it had a microwave oven. It was also a nice idea to have the shower and basin areas separated by a door. Breakfast was pretty good too. All in all a very enjoyable stay worth every penny. |

Fantastic place in great location. The staffs were friendly except for one of reception desk (I am Thai woman and booked the hotel for 4 in family by my own name directly from Singapore - they still persisted that my husband should sign besides my signature too when I was checking in - actually I didn t feel really good about that because they could see we have kids together so it is impossible that I will be a bar girl downstair - so insulting reaction from her when I also persisted that only my own signature should be enough - that receptionist didn t smile or be friendly with me since then - I do think that the only thing they should improve). Anyway, the room was clean, we had two baby cots in our room (but have to wait until 10pm but it was ok for us) breakfast was full of varieties more than we expected, there are a few beer bars downstair but no noise after we close the balcony door. We definitely will come back here again... worth to pay for, along with great location for massage, laundry, food, supermarket and shopping centre, beach... overall we had a good time in this hotel :) |

I can only highly recommend this nice, clean and good managed hotel. Only small problem is when trying to have breakfast at 7 to 8 in the morning. There use to be large group of guests having breakfast at the same time. |

I enjoyed my stay at Sunshine Vista and found the hotel staff very friendly and helpful. The hotel is good value for money and the location is excellent for the beach and nightlife. The restaurant isn t fantastis but adequate for a snack . My room faced onto soi 3 and was a bit noisy late in the evening, otherwise couldn t fault the place. Will stay at Vista again! |
Booking service very efficient . I originally booked for 7 nights and extended my stay to 16 nights via internet. |

Woodlands Resort, North Pattaya
this is a really wonderful resort. a litte tropical oasis, right on the edge of the action, but hidden away from the madness of the strip. the staff were wonderful, they could not have been any nicer. our rooms opened out onto the pool and gardens. they were very comfortable and spotless. all extras -beer, food, phone, etc. were very well priced and reasonable. the included breakfast buffet was great and a way better than other pricier resorts that we ve stayed in in the area. I dont think the website does them justice. this resort is a way nicer than described and at a standard far above its star rating. if youre looking for the restful, the tranquil, or the perfect family location then this is it. |
