Phi Phi Viewpoint Resort, Phi Phi Island, Lo Dalam Beach
Phi Phi Viewpoint is one of the nicest hotels on the island. My wife and I did a lot of research before traveling to Phi Phi, and Viewpoint offered everything we were looking for: Views, Location, and Some Exclusivity. We were able to walk to town every morning, but were far away enough that farangs did not wake us up in the middle of the night. Rooms are very clean, service is great, we will be back to this hotel!!! |

Royal Lanta Resort & Spa, Koh Lanta Yai, Klong Dao Beach
The resort is very good, and it becomes the only one that with a few guests in low season as May.. We do enjoy the Royal Executive suit facilities. So thus the SPA area and the clean swimming pool. The coffee shop is so great that I almost had Cappcino everyday. My parents enjoy this trip alot.The staff also very nice, they provide First Aid when my mum had unexpected hurt on her finger.If go again, I may still choose this resort |

Araya Buri Resort, Phi Phi Island, Laem Hin
This hotel is run by those at Bay View, and poorly too. While we found the hotel ok and we were able to check in early, our room (and linen) was was dirty and smelly. Further, the bathroom was ferral with some slapped on perspex over the shower as a room - with plenty of room of the very hungry mozzies to come in each night. Breakfast was of a very poor standard with cats and dogs roaming around the tables each morning. Would never go again. |

Sunda Resort, Ao Nang, Nopparattara
Although we (me, my husband and my friends) only stayed 2 days in this resort from 7th to 9th May 08 but we are still missing the friendly smile of their staffs. Every staff in this small and peaceful resort take care of their guests very well. Room service was done everyday. Cheer for Sunda Resort! |

Railay Bay Resort & Spa, Ao Nang, Railay Beach
Railay Bay resort is located on the West Railay Beach, which is really nice! It has got a very spectacular view of the beach and rocks. The service at the hotel is pretty good and I definitely would go stay at Raiay Bay Resort again. |

Holiday Inn Phi Phi Island, Phi Phi Island, Laem Tong
Lovely place, nice cabin, great buffet. Staff were all friendly and helpful. I was surprised to see reef and beautiful parrot fish, angel fish, spiky black anenomes and even an eel right there within the swimming nets on the beach directly in front of the hotel. Even better snorkelling just 20 mins by long boat at Mosquito Island. Sitting on the decking at the bar with the sea lapping at the edge of the deck just 2 metres away was just great. The beach was never crowded, just lovely. |
A bit slow to respond to my email when I needed to change my booking but after I rang the phone number on my evoucher, they sorted it out and I was happy with the result. I will use Sawadee for our next Thai booking. |

Bay View Resort, Phi Phi Island, Leam Hin Beach
We had a fabulous time at the Bay view. We had a deluxe room which had a great view of the beach and was quite private. The room and bathroom were both extremely clean and very spacious. The beach in front of the resort was great. No problems with staff or security of the room. We would definitely stay here again. |

Tup Kaek Sunset Beach Resort, Krabi,Tubkaak Beach
We had a great stay. The location is arguably the nicest part of the nicest beach in Krabi.
Rooms were small but fine, bathroom could do with an upgrade but everything worked well.
The restaurant could improve it s ambiance (stop the awful piped supermarket music), but the Thai food for lunch and dinner was better than the fashionable Tupkaak Boutique resort next door. Breakfast wasn t great.
It is worth stocking up on supplies (alcohol + snacks) before you arrive as everything is expensive and it s relatively remote.
Overall I would highly recommend this place - go for the beachfront bungalows , there are not so many places where you can stay so close to the beach these days. |
