Были в отеле с 8 по 25 января 2012 года. С маленьким ребенком 3 лет и беременной женой. Жили через дорогу, т.к. в интернете не было номеров у моря - на стойке были. Отличное место для семейного отдыха - всем советую.
Через дорогу номера новые - хорошая слышимость с соседними номерами - все номера двойные с дверью между ними - проблема в дверях - они видимо вообще не задерживают шум. Друзья жили в виле у моря - старовато, но приятно. Ребенок был в восторге от бассейна, пляж самый обжитой - кофешки, магазинчики, прокаты и т.п. <span style="display:none">[R24 integr.ERR:escaping]</span> |

We stayed in a Family room at the very top of the resort. Big benefit to be in the same building as the breakfast restaurant, but a long way down to the beach pool area. The resort is very green and well kept. Simply beautiful. The pool areas (both of them) are very nice, and was not at all busy during our stay. No fighting for sun beds at all even later in the day. The staff was very helpful to support with transportation and the Tour guide at the hotel was very supportive too. Very good breakfast. The location is great if you want to relax, but it takes transportation to come to other restaurants unless you stick to the few restaurants at the beach. Goods food though at the Beach grill with a selection of Sea food and nice stone owen pizza. Closer to Bang Bao than the White Sands hotels if You like snorkling. <span style="display:none">[R24 integr.ERR:escaping]</span> |

First room with insects (worms) but the accepted to give us an other room after discussion. Second room very clean and no problem.
Bad commnunication with the management for the organisation of our transfert to the pier. |

We were not enthousiastic about coconut beach, found it much to expensive for what it offers. staff is very friendly but not capabel. We would not recommend it. Great resort facilities with relaxed style.Really beautiful place for a holiday. The small things that kept it from being the ultimate experience was.... locationvise( for us,who needed a little bit more than just a couple of restaurants), we had to rent a motorbike to get into town (you can also go by cab). The breakfast wasnt very organised although a lot of staff. Un-necessary things like having to pay extra for internet and for booking a table at a local restaurant/ calling a cab (wich of course should be a part of their service!!) was quite irritating. Overall a good experience. And all our love to Sina,our maid, who made us smile everyday with her artistic towel-creations:) <span style="display:none">[R24 integr.ERR:escaping]</span> |

Very good hotel, we first received a room with two beds but they adjusted it directly. Good service and good food in their italian restaurant. |

Resorten var fin med flotte uteområder, bra service men rommene var litt små. Beliggenheten var perfekt men litt mye støy fra naborommene trekker litt ned. Men kommer gjerne igjen men da blir det bungalowene nede ved stranden. Maten i resturanten var god og frokost buffeten var over all forventning. Det var mange barnefamilier og et flott sted å bo hvis man reiser med barn. |

The breakfast was very good. We stayed at the Hillside wing and had a family room right by the pool which was excellent for us with three kids. The pool was very nice and not very busy at all. Small gym with okay equipment. Location was great if You want to stay in a busy area. Still do not understand why internet access cannot be provided for free considering the price of the rooms. |
