Noren Resort, Klong Prao Beach
Noren Resort is a new bungalow resort in quiet beautiful surroundings. Martin who is the manager is very friendly & helpful. The bungalows are spotlessly clean & very pleasant for relaxing on your patio with a cold drink from your own minibar that is well stocked. The house maid cleans the bungalows every day & provides clean linen daily. Breakfast included in price is western or thai which ever you prefer in a romantic setting. I have been coming to Koh Chang for a number of years now & can highly recommend this resort for all thai & western visitors. I will certainly be staying here again. Oh I forgot to mention there is a beautiful clean pool which young families will love. |

Chang Park Resort, Kai Bae Beach
This resort has a beautiful setting, lots of palm trees, small secluded beach, with a little work could be a very nice place to stay, at time of writing however it is a little over-priced for the quality of service, weather-worn sun-lounger-cushions (which seem to have been left out in all kinds of weather) and algae coloured swimming pool. Bring your beach shoes as the tide goes out to reveal a large rocky area, rich with sea-life. |

Coconut Beach Resort, Laem Chaichet
The superior bungalow rooms were very attractive with a fantastic view. The cleaning staff were efficient. Limited channels on the TV and no safe in the room. Breakfast was good except only instant coffee and white bread was available. Friday and Saturday night was frustrating with drunk Thai guests singing Karaoke loudly with microphones. Management didn t ask them to turn it down after complaints were made. |

when we checked in, they gave us the older building. the room is totaly different than in the picture but iunderstand that the pictureisfor guidance only. The main problem is that the rrom is so old, the floor arecovered with some sort wooden finyl which already torn apart, the room smells, and in frontof the room the house keeping were keeping plastic trash bag from the other room. When we asked why we get the old, dirty, smell room, they said because our agent request so. They were trying to blame it to someone else. |

Koh Chang Kacha Resort and Spa, White Sand Beach
We were 4 people staying at the Koh Chang Kacha Resort & Spa (2 adults and 2 children, age of the children; 4 years and 7 months)during June 13th - June 22nd 2009.
We literally LOVED the place! Nice located at the White Sand Beach, superfriendly and helpful staff, always smiling and always quick and eager to help you with everything that you might need or requested.
We stayed in the Deluxe building and the room was splendid! The room was furnished with modern style (thaistyle), and was big enough for 4 of us.
The cleaning staff were very neat cleaning the room and always friendly.
Roomservice was also very good. The restaurant was good with friendly and nice staff. The food was OK and the prices were OK. They have western food and also thaifood on the menu.
The poolarea was SUPER!!!! Our son just loved it and could stay playing in the pool all day. Great for the children and the design of the pool was beautiful, overlooking the ocean! Very, very beutiful!
Overall, we were VERY HAPPY with our stay at this resort and have nothing to complain about - at all! We highly recommend this resort to everybody! So all our thumbs up and we will DEFINITELY come back to this resort again!

We just loved it! Beautiful small bungalows beside the beach and the pool. The personnel is nice and helpful. Breakfast was really good with Thai and Western food. Hopefully we can come again! |

Sea View Resort & Spa, Kai Bae Beach
We had a lovely stay at Seaview. it was exactly what we were looking for, a compromise between a hut on the beach and a nice hotel. We had a superior bungalow, which was very comfortable. the only complaint about the room was that there no flyscreens. We would like to have slept with the doors open as it gets hot without the aircon on, but we don t like to have it on overnight.The staff were nice though they didn t have great english we all got by. we even got invited to their staff party on the first night!The beach is the nicest we saw in the area, not many rocks and clean because the hotel look after it (some of the other resorts don t, as you ll see if you walk into town along the beach) We were there at the start of low season, so there were not that many people staying, but the main restaurant still did meals all day. The restaurant was ok, as a vegetarian I found it a bit limiting so we actually ate most of our meals next door at porn s bungalows. Very rustic, but great simple thai food, and very friendly people.Seaview s grounds and pool are also the nicest we saw, beautiful and well maintained. |

Banpu Koh Chang Hotel, White Sand Beach
Nice Hotel, espeially the bungalows are close to the beach. Food is better just across the road, aircondition was not working and bed was to hard...but after complain the change was no problem. Nice pool. Breakfast was always the same, but o.k. |

Sea View Resort & Spa, Kai Bae Beach
Great private beach and very nice/new deluxe rooms with sea view from the balcany. However, the rooms on 2nd and 3rd floors do not have king size bed. The hotel staff seems not so happy and not give us a warm welcome, may be becasuse we are Thai customers. |
