Koh Chang Kacha Resort and Spa, White Sand Beach
Very nice hotel next to the beach and two beautiful pool areas (one next to beach and one at other hotel building cross the road). Probably the best pick along white sand beach! The extra bed was not very comfortable. Nice green surroundings. Some disturbing noise from road (we stayed in the hotel building next to it). |

A wonderful hotel. We had a deluxroom that was great! A big veriety of food at breakfast. Nice staff that was very helpful if you needed anything. A nice private beach with crystal clear water!What more could you ask for??!! |

Koh Chang Cliff Beach Resort, Kai Bae Beach
The room was outside the resort - on booking there was no information about that. The difference between the mandalay rooms and the rooms inside the resort is enourmous. E.G. there was only burn hot or cold water in our room; there was no telephone on the room; the minibar was always empty; the rooom has been a garage before. The resort was good-looking. |

The hotel is very good and well located in Koh Chang. The staff is very nice and helpful. The buffet in the morning is great and offers a lot of choice. The beach is beautiful and clean. The ambiance is very relaxing. The pool is very large.
I really recommend this hotel. I spent great vacation there and will certainely come back again. |

Wonderful view from the restaurant and rooms. But rooms are old, territory is small. Location is bad: far from Kai Bei village, no shops and restaurants near the hotel. No taxi at Koh Chang at all, just Tuk-Tuk (inconvenient and expensive) and rented motorbikes. No working facilities at the hotel. It was a reconstruction during our stay: everytime we heard a loud sound of a drilling machine, workers and tractors are everywhere. Everywhere there is a garbage from the reconstruction. I think, the reconstruction will take long time, some months. |
Good on booking, but bad on resolving our problems at the hotel. |
