Our family enjoyed our stay at the Terra Salisa. It was clean and comfortable. It was a nice quiet place that was family friendly. The pool was small, but clean and not crowded. The restaurant was good, but we ate there only for breakfast (which was ok) and for one dinner since we wanted to try out the surrounding restaurants (the Indian Restaurant down the street was our favorite). The hotel helped us book a boat tour (which was fun) and they helped us book a public mini van back to Bangkok. The only negative was the beach itself which was pretty trashy and the sand was not white...the water seemed clean and was nice and warm. We would go back if we had the opportunity. Be sure to take a good book...there is not much to do there and that is just what we were looking for. Oh, one more thing...the bathroom, although clean, does not have a separate shower area, so the floor gets wet all over...so take some shower shoes. Our teenagers were glad there was internet at the hotel...we could use it in our bungalow since it was close to the hotel restaurant...and at the pool area. The booking was great...so easy. I had several questions as I booked and I always got a prompt and appropriate answer by e-mail. |

Vi havde kigget på dette hotels værelser med udsigt til pool på deres egen hjemmeside, men det værelse vi fik, levede overhovedet ikke op til det, de havde lovet på hjemmesiden.
Vi kunne få dette værelse som vi lovet et par dage og skulle så flytte værelse igen, vi ville gerne have en snak med manageren om dette, men lige pludselig kunne vi godt beholde værelset
Som gæster følte vi os lidt i vejen da hotellet var base for en del af Hua Hin film festival, prisen på værelset var lidt i overkanten af kvaliteten .
Hotellet har ikke vestlige turister, som sin målgruppe |
fungerede fint, men Lapa hjemmeside holder ikke i forhold til vores bestilling |

Great location and service, staff was very responsive to requests. Small facility, not too noisy, good mix of people, young and older, with children and without, mostly Europeans and Usians on our visit. |

I would recommend Sawasdee and Miss Grace in particular. All our questions were answered promptly and everything booked worked well. |

Found this hotel to be efficient and the staff friendly and helpfull. The food was good and the ambience was quiet. The shuttle bus was excellent and put to good use. A little bit out of town but it was only around 200 bht for a tuk tuk of taxi. |
Sawadee where as always good and efficient. I have never had any problems in the many times I have used them |

We spent a whole month at this resort hoping for a quiet holiday. Contrary to what last year s guests said, the hotel was very noisy. Lots of families with small children who were allowed to shout and scream. The bigger pool, as shown on internet, was reserved for villa owners. Hotel guests are asked to stay at small pools. Staff is very friendly but not so efficient. Maintenance is not good enough. All in all a cheap accommodation. Price is good but you get what you pay for!
