hotel wird gerade renoviert; unser zimmer war bereits renoviert und ok; der speisesaal zum fruehstueck ist sehr dunkel, das fruehstueck ok; der lage in der innenstadt; wuerden das hotel wieder buchen und weiterempfehlen |

don t stay there!! We had booked an eklusive room but we got a room with no hot water!!!! the terrace was broken. The staffs left resort 930 pm so we were alone at resort so we could t complaint. Please stay away!!!!!! |

Room could be cleaner.
Reception staff is not speaking English, very difficult to communicate. There are a lot of young people employed who rather play with there mobile than attend the guests. |

Working very smoothly - as always.
I particularly appreciate that Sawadee
can do billing in EUR, thus saving me

วันเข้าพัก พนักงานต้อนรับไม่มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ที่ดี ทำสีหน้าแววตาไม่เป็นมิตร ไม่มีพนักงานยกกระเป๋า ต้องจัดการเอง ทั้งหมด และพนักงานก็ไม่สนใจให้ความช่วยเหลือเลย วันที่ออกจาก รร. พนักงานที่เข้ากะเช้า เป็นผู้ชาย ออกแต๋วหน่อยๆ พูดจา และแสดงดีหน้าไม่ดี เมื่อถามหาใบประเมิน พนักงานแจ้งว่าไม่มี ถามว่าจะ comment เรื่องที่พักและบริการของ รร. กับใคร พนักงานคนดังกล่าวไม่กล้าตอบ ตอบว่าที่นี้ มีแต่ GM ถามต่อว่าแล้ว GM คุณชื่ออะไร ไม่ตอบ พอคาดคั้น บอกว่าไม่ทราบ ....จัดห้องพัก ให้แขกของ เวบสวัสดี อยู่ชั้น 1 นอนไม่หลับทั้งคืนเพราะจุดพุ เสียงดังแถมลูกค้าก็ไขกุญแจผิดห้องทั้งคืน ไม่มีการออกมาห้ามปราม ปล่อยให้เด็กวิ่งเล่นไปมาเสียงดังทั้งคืน สรุปคือ แย่ที่สุด <span style="display:none">[R24 integr.ERR:escaping]</span> |

Laluna Hotel & Resort fully met our positive expectations. Being a tranquil oasis within an exiting, but also somewhat noisy city, we found rest and comfort there. Our bungalow with poolside view, offered to our opinion the best location within the resort. |

Ask for a room on the river. Rooms on the other side are on a (fairly) busy road and noise insulation is pretty poor. |

Whilst there are plenty for improvement, given the hotel rate, it is acceptable.
For improvement :
To improve and varies its breakfast menu
Provide more english cable tv programmes. like news and sports.
