Horizon Village, Doi Saket From the moment we arrived we felt important to the staff. When we gave our name they immediately knew what kind of rooms we had booked without even looking up information. We were checked in very swiftly and shown to lovely rooms. The botanical gardens connected to the resort provided us with a wonderful place to walk in the coolness of the morning. After the first breakfast when my husband asked for hot water, every morning when we arrived the staff had a pitcher of hot water waiting for him. The efficiency, friendliness and politeness of the staff was wonderful. Our daughters loved feeding the fish in the ponds each morning. We have already begun recommending this place to our friends, and we are planning on visiting again this fall. It was one of the best vacations we have had. |
Very prompt and efficient and got us a very good price for the quality of resort. |

Bossotel Inn, City, Railway Road Hotel located right by the railway station, perfect place for one night stay if you arrive to Chiang Mai by train. 5 minutes and 20 baht songthew travel to city center.
Breakfast was set, choice of American, Continental or Asian, with salad and fruit buffets.
Tourist deck at lobby was very helpful in planning personal trip to Chiang Rai and booking minivan. |

Holiday Garden Hotel, Huay Kaew We got to the hotel very late about 10pm. We actually booked 6 double bedrooms but we got 6 twin bedrooms instead. We were too tired to complain and change things round :( not quite happy. Apart from that is ok. |
Very good! |

Imm Hotel Thaphae Chiang Mai, City Center, Thapae Gate The cleanness is the Hotel level, but for the service and the facility is the high-end Guest House level, such as no staff for moving the large bags(there is no elevator). The staff may be trained to meet the low cost concept, so they have no service mind, no explanation. It is the hotel for bag packer, not for family. Bit the price is same as the nearby Amora Hotel which is 4 stars Hotel. |
Why don t you clarify that the Hotel cannot issue the Receipt. I cannot receive money back from my company |

The Amata Lanna Chiangmai, City, Chang Klan Road Wonderful small hotel tucked away in a tropical setting in the middle of Chiang Mai. Very impressed with the level of service. Loved all the Thai artwork and antiques. Had some problems with water pressure but they addressed them immediately. |
